The state resource agency permitting staff participate in review of proposed projects for consistency with the ACMP, monitor compliance to ensure that projects adhere to permit requirements, and participate in special ACMP projects as needed. When project appicants fill out a Coastal Project Questionnaire (CPQ) they are given a list of state agency contacts they can contact with questions about coastal resources, uses, and hazards. This list is called the CPQ Contacts document and is maintained by the Division of Coastal and Ocean Management project review staff.
